Norse building grows beyond square rooms. Triangles, roof pieces, piers and proper stair families join the kit.
Leave a mark
Player building now has a Norse kit with four styles: log timber, stave timber, fieldstone, and wattle and daub. Choose the walls you want to come home to, then decide how ambitious the roof is going to be.
Shingle, turf and thatch provide three roof coverings. The square pieces are joined by triangle foundations, floors and roof facets, opening up shapes that are a little more interesting than another box in a clearing.
Upstairs is a place now
Short stairs, long stairs, spiral directions and entrance steps are part of the expanded selection. The timber triangle pier adds another useful piece, with its own terrain contact and support behavior.
Doorways, windows and optional shutters give the finished structure more to do. Placing a wall is straightforward enough. Getting its doors, collision, ownership and saved state to behave together is where the work lives.
Your house, your hammer
Structures persist, and owner-controlled edits, demolition and doors keep changes tied to the person who built them. The menu offers 17 selectable definitions. That is a count of player building pieces, rather than every mesh used to assemble the kit.
Building remains experimental. Material-cost construction is not ready to advertise as a working economy, and we are not promising raids or decay here. For now, put the pieces through their paces. The showcase uses kit renders until we have your in-game houses to show off.
