Try Not to Die Before I Get There

Class ยท Cleric

Healing, holy magic and a second chance for the teammate who went first and thought later.

Somebody has to keep this lot alive

The Cleric joins the standalone game with healing, purification, resurrection and holy attacks. It is a support kit with enough teeth to object when something starts chewing on the support.

The class uses two resources. Mana covers healing and several spell paths. Holy Power fuels the holy-combat side, including Smite, Hammer, Reversal, Dome and Fury. Knowing which pool you are about to spend matters rather more than how righteous you feel.

Back on your feet

Resurrection now has its multiplayer integration. Cast cleanup, revive feedback and development effects landed with it. Bringing a teammate back should be a readable moment for both of you, rather than a mystery happening somewhere on another machine.

The new tree has 37 authored nodes, with dedicated icons across its branches. Inspect the healing paths, compare the holy options and work out what kind of Cleric you want to bring. The party will have opinions. They usually do.

A proper place in the roster

Five character slots and five selection cards now support the full current class lineup. The v170 release includes the Cleric and its presentation work alongside the Berserker updates.

Cleric and Berserker still carry development warnings. Some Cleric casting uses existing placeholder animations while the class gets more testing. The important bit is that the kit is in the game and ready for that work, with its whole tree available here.
