Get Good at Your Day Job

Professions

Fourteen trades. Proper mastery trees. Your time at the workbench is starting to pay off.

Everybody needs someone with a pickaxe

Adventuring produces an impressive amount of broken equipment and empty stomachs. Somebody has to do something about that. Mining, Logging, Herbalism, Archaeology, Fishing and Farming now have detailed mastery paths, alongside all eight crafting trades.

Every tree has its own artwork, milestone levels and descriptions. You can see where the profession is headed all the way to level 100. The first working benefits concentrate on a fairly practical reward: doing the job faster.

Less waiting around

Mining, Logging, Herbalism and Archaeology gain 10%, 20% and 30% gathering speed at levels 10, 40 and 70. Seven crafting professions climb from no speed bonus at level 1 to 50% at level 100. Butchering uses its own 10%, 20% and 30% table-efficiency milestones.

Crafting speed is captured when you place the order. A job already in the queue keeps the timing it was given. Faster work is the benefit here; it does not quietly add free items or roll better rarity.

The rest of the workshop

The full trees lay out yield bonuses, special finds and profession actives alongside those speed benefits. Inspect each rank, compare the numbers and decide which part of the workshop you want to call home.

Pick your trade, open its tree and have a look. The fish will still be there when you get back. Probably.
