Wild seeds, saved planters, watering and crops across all three islands. Your home has chores now.
Bring something home alive
Farming now reaches all three islands. Find wild crops, collect seeds and start a bed of your own. Your seed pouch and planters are saved, so planting something is a commitment you can come back to.
The catalogue contains 38 crops. Some feed you. Some supply fibres. All of them give you another reason to look at what is growing beside the path instead of sprinting past it.
Yes, you have to water it
Planting and care are connected to inventory water and the Gathering-slot rake. The soil has a visible watered state. Planter placement also respects building support, so your little farm can sit beside the place you built.
This is the beginning of a useful home routine: go out, find something, bring it back, grow more. The rake still has placeholder artwork in this release. Its job is considerably less glamorous than a flaming sword, but somebody has to do it.
From the bed to the bench
Crops connect to the existing crafting economy, including textiles and Loom work. Cotton, linen, wool and silk processing need clear recipes and sensible material relationships. Growing the input is only half the story.
The farming guide lists every crop, and the recipe catalogue shows where the harvest goes next. If you plant more than you can use, that sounds like a problem for your future self.
