Multi Shot, Charged Shot, Volley and poisoned arrows give the Ranger a proper opening toolkit.

Distance is useful

The first Ranger abilities are integrated. Multi Shot, Charged Shot and Volley give the bow more to do than repeat the same draw. Venom adds pressure after the impact, and Forest’s Blessing adds a different kind of support.

Ordinary bow damage now follows the equipped weapon rather than treating every bow as the same hidden damage table. Draw strength remains meaningful, but better equipment has a place in the calculation.

Actual arrows

Projectile behavior carries the attack. Charged Shot can continue through eligible pawns while world geometry still stops it. Volley schedules its arrows over the target area instead of reducing the whole thing to an invisible damage pulse.

Venom carries its payload on the shot and applies its status on impact. Attack, projectile and effect need to agree about who fired, what hit and which resources were spent.

Do the preparation

The Ranger rewards thinking about the next few seconds before they arrive. Pick the angle, choose the shot and keep ammunition in the bag. A very clever plan without an arrow is still an empty bow.

This is the first standalone implementation milestone. The class tree continues beyond it, and the current class page keeps all the later skills and rank descriptions together.
